RETURN POLICY

At Pellegance, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Domestic Returns

We accept the return of unused and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pellegance.com. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment.

International Returns

At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email support@pellegance.com within 3 business days of receipt. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please note: Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

Exchanges

Our products and limited stock availability, we do not offer exchanges. However, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note: The refunded amount may take 2–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
