How Do I Shop on Pellegance.com?

Which payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Customers worldwide will be charged in USD at checkout. Your bank, credit card, or PayPal will automatically convert the amount into your local currency (e.g., INR, EUR, GBP, AUD). The final converted amount will appear on your bank or PayPal statement.

What shipping options are available?
We provide Express shipping via DHL Express. The available options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
Duties and taxes depend on your shipping address. For territories including the USA, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UAE and Japan, duties and taxes are already included in the price. If duties and taxes are not included for your shipping location, they will be displayed at checkout with the option to pay in advance.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed and then are dispatched according to the priority selected. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and we are unable to guarantee same-day processing.
What is the return policy?
Domestic Orders
Pellegance accepts the return of unused and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email support@pellegance.com with your order details.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
International Orders
At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

I received a damaged item. How do I proceed?

Currently, we are an online-only brand. Any changes or updates about physical locations will be shared on our website
